As we approach the upcoming examination period, students are encouraged to start their revision early and organise a clear study plan. Effective preparation includes using a variety of techniques such as creating mind maps, practicing with past papers, summarising notes, and working in small study groups to test understanding. It’s also important to take regular breaks and maintain a balanced routine to keep the mind fresh. Teachers are available in school to offer guidance and support throughout this time. Within the sections below, you will find a range of revision resources to support our students in maximising their ability to recall and apply key knowledge, skills and understanding.

An incredibly important aspect of independent study is the effective structuring of time. Students must develop the routine and habits of regular independent study, whilst ensuring that they maintain a healthy balance and continue with the activities that maintain their wellbeing.

Dr Frost Maths
Dr Frost Maths is used by all students to access examination style questions in a range of maths topics. The website is suitable for all year groups, Year 7-11, and students have been provided with their username and password by their teacher. We encourage all students to access this website regularly in order to go ‘above and beyond’ in their learning.
